Metropolis, which started as a four-page sheet in 1994 is now the number one English magazine in Japan and is provided free. Circulation is approximately 30,000 copies/week with about 250 advertisers in each issue. The magazine was origianlly owned and managed by Mark Devlin but it was sold on September 28 to Terrie Lloyd of Japaninc. Holdings.
