Enflat Tokyo, previously known as Monthly Tokyo Life provides a wide choice of rental housing in Tokyo such as apartments, guest houses and dormitories.Apartments: The most expensive of the 3 types of accommodation offered by Enflat. Typically, they provide single rooms to 2DK rooms that accommodate up to 3 people. All rooms are fully furnished and complete with facilities such as kitchen, bathrooms and electric appliances.

Guesthouse are similar to sharing a house or a large apartment with several other guests. You have your private bedroom (the door can be locked), but you share common areas such as the kitchen, toilet, bathroom and living room.

In Dormitories you share your bedroom as well as other facilities. There are several bunk beds in each room that you share with other guests (from 2 to 8 people). There may not be as much space and privacy, but it is the cheapest form of housing available.

You do not require a guarantor (unless you are under 18) when applying for housing through Enflat. However, you do need to provide your parent’s or family’s address as well as your telephone number as contact information in case of emergency.
